1. Parties. Skylite Group Ltd, company no. 13535333, of Office 64, Unit 5, 399–405 Oxford Street, London W1C 2BU ("the Firm"), and Rachel King of Northstar Coffee Ltd ("the Client").
2. Scope of work. Design, build and launch of an online store at northstarcoffee.co.uk, including product catalogue, payments, delivery options and launch marketing, as agreed in the meeting of 14 October 2026.
3. Fees. £4,800 plus VAT. A deposit of £2,400 is payable on signature; the balance is payable on go-live. Invoices are due within 14 days.
4. Timetable. Demo approved today; build complete within 10 working days of the deposit; go-live on the Client's approval.
5. Confidentiality and data. Each party keeps the other's information confidential. Personal data is handled under the Firm's privacy policy and UK GDPR.
6. Term and termination. Either party may end this engagement on 14 days' written notice; work done to that date is payable.
7. Governing law. England and Wales.

Two kinds of colleague. Both sit in your meetings and do the work.
SAIG's own colleaguesOut of the box, for every SAIG customer. Each one is a SAIG app with a name and a face: a lawyer, an accountant, a bookkeeper, a marketer, a developer and the rest below. Nothing to build; add them to a meeting on day one.
Colleagues you build in SAIG StudioTrained your way, for your own tasks, on your own documents and rules. They are private to your organisation, join your meetings like any colleague, and go and do the work. The SAIG colleagues, with their default names; you can rename any of them. The role in brackets says what they are, and the app underneath is the SAIG engine that does the work behind them.
SAIG's own colleagues are added to this roster as new SAIG apps launch. Colleagues you build in SAIG Studio are private to your organisation and appear under "Your own colleagues" in your AI panel.
